Shipping & Returns


Shipping

We offer free
"ground" shipping on most of our standard sized vents within the lower 48 states. Shipping charges apply on vents with a 4'.5" base or greater.  All other "express shipping"  rates will be incurred by the customer.  Note: Additional shipping may apply to some but not all custom orders and large quantity sales depending on size and freight  rates.

  • Shipping rates do apply on all orders to overseas and Canadian destinations (please call for shipping rates).
  • We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We will not be held responsible for any International brokerage/import fees or tariffs; these costs will always be the customer's responsibility in the country of origin where the order was placed. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

 To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  We primarily use UPS for our shipping needs but may use other freight companies as necessary for larger sized vents.

Shipping Times

For our standard sized vents, we can usually ship within 2 - 4 days. Need it faster?  Just give us a call to expedite your order.  Custom orders or large quantities may require additional manufacturing days.

Return Policy

We accept returns on items due to damage while in transit or due to manufacturing error only.  Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail when to expect your replacement order once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will provide free replacements for manufacturing defects. You must email us at admin@customventsdepot.com a digital picture of the defective product(s) within 5 days of receiving the item from us.

If however damage is due to shipping, please keep your order and all packaging material together. UPS may inspect the package at the shipper's or receiver's site, or may collect the package for inspection at a UPS facility.

 

CUSTOMER ERROR: Returns on incorrect orders placed by customer for one of our standard sized vents (custom orders are exempt-all sales final) will be subject to a $25 restocking fee and/or any free shipping costs we incurred on orders that qualified for free shipping. Refunds will only be made upon receiving inspected undamaged orders in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be incurred by customer.
